If your Atlas IT (UTP05) is showing every cable to be faulty, then it is likely that your connector in the instrument and/or terminator(s) has been damaged.
In particular, look out for pins 1, 2 and/or 7, 8 giving you trouble.
This RJ45 assembly is complete with its little printed circuit board, ready for soldering into the UTP05 instrument.
You can choose to fit it yourself or let us do the work for you. If you are doing it yourself then the old assembly needs careful removal first and any stray solder removing from the header pins (don't remove the header from your instrument). Only order this if you have excellent soldering skills. Instead, consider using our fitting option (if so, select the appropriate option above, complete the checkout process and send your instrument to us).
If you are sending your unit to us from outside the UK, it is vital that the package is clearly marked with:
"Inward processing relief - Temporary Export - Item returning to factory for service."
