If your DCA75 has failed and is out of warranty, or you think you may have had an accident with it then don't worry, we can repair it for you.
Full Repair Consists of:
Hardware repair (repair and/or replacement parts).
Firmware update (if applicable) to the latest version.
Recalibration using our new updated traceable calibration standards.
Full test and calibration verification.
12 month warranty for the repair work.
Please select if you require a Certificate of Calibration or not, either way the calibration process is the same. The certificate includes results of a manual calibration verification using known controlled samples.
Then complete the checkout process before sending your unit to us.
If you are sending your unit to us from outside the UK, it is vital that the package is clearly marked with:
"Inward processing relief - Temporary Export - Item returning to factory for service."
Customs CN22 Label
If you are outside of the UK, you will also need to complete a CN22 Customs Label at the post office, here are the details you will need:

Remember that the class/insurance of the service you use to send your unit is your responsibility. We recommend insured and tracked services.
We can normally complete work within 48 hours of receiving your instrument. Please include your order details with your instrument.
If we are unable to complete the work for any reason, we will of course refund your service fee and return your unit back to you.
